Manuel was born in Porto, Portugal, and soon started playing around with sound and music, recording mixtapes from radio and doing playlists for family and friends. His high school formation is in sciences, as he wanted to know more about physics and biology. Once in college, pursuing the need to be in contact with music and sound design, he enrolled in a sound and image course, where he realized he wanted to work in sound for film, studying and developing skills since then.
